Cape chains for harvesters for harvesting corn

Roller chains are a key element of agricultural corn harvesting equipment.

The design of the cape chain includes special links (they are also called capes), which in a certain sequence alternate with ordinary chain links.

With the help of these capes, the chain grabs the cut stalks of corn and transports them to the apparatus that separates the cobs (between the long harvesters).

What corn harvester nose chains do we offer?

  • Cape chains for the most common models of corn harvesters in the domestic agricultural industry (CLAAS, John Deere, Geringhoff, Case, Fantini, Oros, Capello, Olimac Drago, PZZ, PSP, KMD, KMS, KSKU);
  • Production chains of Ukraine, China, Italy, England;
  • Сape chains with different numbers of scrapers (6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 19) and alternating special elements (legs, fuses, additional rollers).
  • Drive roller chains of various configurations can be used as a base chain – for example, ordinary single-row or long-link chains (PRD 38.0, PR 19.05, CA 627, CA 550, CA 555D).
